Organ Donor

The law around organ donation in England has changed.

All adults in England are now considered to have agreed to be an organ donor when they die unless they have recorded a decision not to donate or are in one of the excluded groups.

If you do not want to donate your organs then you should register your decision to refuse to donate. Remember to speak to your family and loved ones about your decision.

NHS Digital has launched a campaign about your medical data records.
Your health records contain a type of data called confidential patient information. This data can be used to help with research and planning.
You can choose to opt-out of this service, meaning your data records will not be used either following the link below or popping into reception to collect a form (which you will then need to bring back to us for completion)
You only have until 1st September 2021 to opt-out so if you do wish to opt-out, please don’t wait. For more information, please follow the link below:

COVID-19 Important Update

Regarding all face to face appointments:

Our waiting area is now open, however there will be limited seating. If patients choose not to sit in then we respect this and ask them to wait at the designated door. We have 5 doors which have been numbered 1-5. We will mark you as arrived and advise you which door to wait at. The Doctor or Nurse will come and collect you from the relevant door

Please arrive at the time of your appointment and not early. This is so we can ensure that social distancing is maintained at all times.

Thank you for your continued understanding and patience whilst we work hard to put things in place for your safety and for the safety of our staff 🌈

Thank you to the patient who went to the trouble of contacting Care Quality Commission (CQC) to share their feedback. It really does mean a lot and its things like this that make our day.

A little praise when times are tough goes a long way, thankyou!
