Please allow 48 hours, excluding weekends and Bank Holidays, for your repeat prescription request to be processed.
Any problems please telephone the surgery on 01395 222 777 and press option 2 for prescribing, our prescribing line is open from 0900 am - 1300 pm each day.
If you are on regular medication and your Doctor feels your medicines can be repeated without seeing you each time, you will be given a computer repeat prescription slip.
- Either hand in or post your prescription request to the surgery, ticking the items you require, allowing 48 working hours for your medication to be ready for collection at chemist of your choice.
- Should you wish to collect from a chemist, please make sure that you tick the appropriate box on the repeat slip.
You can also email us firstname.lastname@example.org your prescription request or use Patient Triage to send via our online services.
If you require any medication which is not on your computerised prescription, please add this clearly and this will be added to your medication, after verification from your doctor.
It is practice policy that PRESCRIPTION REQUESTS WILL NOT BE TAKEN OVER THE PHONE as this blocks the telephone line for urgent calls and also increases the risk of errors being made, however we can take prescription requests via patient triage which is our online facility.
If you have more than one repeat medicine, please ensure that you order all the items together.
PLEASE REMEMBER: We require 48 hours notice for repeat prescriptions.
