Haldon House Surgery Mural by Gary Cook (Garf)
Thursday 23rd May 2024 was the official unveiling of the new indoor mural created and designed by local popular artist Gary Cook (Garf). The mural reflects our enjoyment and love of Exmouth, the activities we all enjoy to ‘Live A Healthy Life’ along with our sense of fun and we are very happy with it. Garf worked tirelessly each evening and over the weekend to complete the piece and to keep it a closely guarded secret. We were also delighted that Dr Simon Kay our retired Senior Partner agreed to come and officially unveil the mural for us. |

Telephone System
We have now gone live with our new telephone system. This is a cloud based service which gives us unlimited lines in and out of the Practice and also enables the Team to work from home without needing a seperate telephone, they can do this using a 'soft phone' to make calls (via their laptops). There is an option for patients to select a call back from an Admininstration member of the Team (if the wait has been a while) this service is available for one call back, and will message you (if its a mobile number) if the call was missed by you. You will now be advised of where you are in the queue of callers into the Practice. Other options are our Prescribing Enquiries line which is manned from 9.00 am - 1.00 pm or the option to leave a message from 1.00 pm - 6.00 pm

"Always listen, all staff are kind and helpful, the doctors are very approachable"
Thank you to the patient who went to the trouble of contacting Care Quality Commission (CQC) to share their feedback. It really does mean a lot and its things like this that make our day.
A little praise when times are tough goes a long way, thankyou!
