COVID-19 measures update at Haldon House Surgery

Current infection prevention and control measures will continue to healthcare settings. We need to continue to keep our patients and ourselves safe, so there is no change to our current risk assessment or measures we have put in place.

Face coverings are required unless you are exempt and do not attend the surgery if you have any Covid symptoms.
