Community Nurses

Our Community District Nurses are based at Exmouth Hospital and can be reached on 01395 282068.

Health Visitors

The Health Visiting team can be contacted on 0333 234 1903.

Counsellors

Counselling Services are provided here at the Surgery. Private consultations can be arranged.

We also have clinics run by The Depression & Anxiety service (DAS) 'Talking Health' service who specialise in those with long term conditions, which can be accessed by self referral or referral by your GP.

The practice works closely with Hospiscare, the Community Mental Health Nurses, Social Services, Chiropodists, Physiotherapists, Occupational and Speech Therapists.
