DOMESTIC ABUSE

We are a Domestic Abuse and Sexual Violence Aware Practice and we work alongside the charity 'SPLITZ' who deliver support services to adults and young people experiencing the trauma of domestic abuse and sexual violence.

You can talk to us in private here at the Surgery or contact the team at Splitz on 0345 155 1074 or email Splitz.

If you do not want to ask for help on our telephone line or at reception, just show us this post or the small cre...dit card sized version available in our patient toilet's and we can arrange for someone to speak to you in private.

Message from IRIS:

“The staff in your practice are trained about domestic abuse and specialist workers are available to support you.  Your practice is an ‘IRIS’ practice.  You can talk to doctors, nurses and other staff working here if you are being hurt or controlled by your current or ex-partner, are afraid of someone at home or a member of your family.  You can also contact Splitz 0345 155 1074  and ask to speak to the IRIS worker, Georgina Antao or  ‘IRIS Advocate Educator’.”
