TALKWORKS

TALKWORKS (formerly known as The Devon Depression & Anxiety Service (DAS)) are a free, confidential, NHS talking therapy service, offering effective treatments and therapies, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), which can help you get your life back on track.

There is support available to you to help you overcome your difficulties whatever they might be. Your not alone.

Their service is for people aged 18+ which you can access via the TALKWORKS website or via us at Haldon House Surgery.

Don't know where to turn to get mental health support when we are closed? The Mooring at St Leonard's GP Practice, Exeter has been set up by Community Matters as a place for people aged 16 years and older to visit during out of hours to seek mental health support. Please see more information on the poster below.

 

MENTAL HEALTH LINK WORKERS 

We have our own Mental Health Link Worker - working at the Practice each week.  Patients can be seen in our dedicated counsellors room.
